Working Memory Game 1 app for iPhone and iPad

This is one of four games aimed at education psychologists exploring a different aspect of working memory in relation to education and learning.
In this game, you can manipulate three things: 1. The amount of information a child needs to remember 2. The amount of distraction they will encounter while trying to retain memory items 3. The amount of time the distraction lasts in between memory items.
By altering these elements, you will be able to see how distraction affects memory, and how the duration of distraction affects memory for verbal material. This may help you to determine whether a child has particular issues with managing distraction while trying to remember information.
